It's an easy walk to Currumbin Beach, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, local cafés and the Currumbin RSL, and only 5 minutes from Gold Coast Airport.

The space

• Bedroom level: three bedrooms – a queen master with a large ensuite, and two bedrooms with two king single beds each – plus a separate bathroom and toilet.
• Living level: fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, electric-recline leather lounge, 85-inch 4K smart TV, dedicated workspace and a bathroom.
• Ground level: your own private pool and sauna, plus laundry with washing machine.

Pets, kids and longer stays

Dogs are welcome, and the home suits children of all ages, including infants. Smoke alarms are installed. We happily host longer stays, including families who need temporary accommodation on the Gold Coast while insurance repairs are carried out on their own home.

Good to know

A separate studio adjoins the townhouse and is rented on its own; your townhouse is completely private with its own entrance and yard, and the laundry is shared with the studio. Please keep noise down out of respect for neighbours – this is a quiet home, not a party house. Off-street parking for one car in the driveway, with free street parking for a second.
